Taking advantage of the seasonal availability of fresh ingredients, our dinner menus include locally caught fish and seafood, farm fresh fruits and vegetables. Try an appetizer of tuna ceviche, an octopus salad, a local pumpkin soup or a mixed garden salad. For an entrée, taste our Creole catch of the day, our Caribbean chicken, a vegetarian dish or a seafood delight. Lobster is available in season.

 

Afternoons and evenings, our full bar by the infinity pool offers gorgeous sea views and stunning sunsets as you sip a cool drink - an old favorite or a perhaps our signature "Têt Rouge" cocktail.
